It's been a pleasant stay. One thing is missing is a complementary water in the room. At least we should be given some water to quench our thirst when we arrive. That was why I deduct one star.

Upon check in they just gave me an “okay” or average vibe. Had the two staff at the counter gave me a little smile, scripted greetings or brief convo I would have given them 5 stars. Overall, its ok.

I wanted a hotel near the airport. We were so close I could read the tail numbers on the planes. MY FAULT. I wanted the top floor, hate when i can hear the people above me walking around. That put our room on the same level as the highway across the street. first floor would have been much quieter. MY FAULT. Room, staff, everything else was very nice.

The pool wasbunder maintenance the 6 days that we stayed. The hot tub was cold. Whe. We checked -into a hotel that we thought was a smoke free establishment the room smelled of smoke and there were cigarettes under the bed. When we told the mansger they said they would have someone clean it and when we came back they did clean a little made the beds but thd cigarettes were still under the bed so no vacuuming was done.

The hotel is located close to the highway, and even though we stayed at the back, it still felt quite noisy. It seems like the windows are not well sealed, causing a draft. The rooms are spacious, but the overall layout of the hotel is inconvenient. It takes a long time to walk from the lobby to the rooms. In the evening, when we wanted to have instant noodles, we couldn't find hot water anywhere in the hotel. There was no microwave in the room, and we ended up using a small microwave at the lobby entrance to heat up the noodles. Hilton hotels usually provide complimentary bottled water to guests, but Holiday Inn had none, which was not a great experience.

I was not welcome :-(
Upon check-in, the staff told me that no amenities were included (i.e. parking, breakfast) because I had booked with Hotels.com. When I checked out, I wanted a receipt, and the staff told me that I could get my receipt from Hotels.com. I did not feel welcome here.

We stayed for 8 days and only 1 day our room was cleaned. The housekeeping is done on the 3rd day of you stay and that's it. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The carpet on the hallway is dirty with stains and has a weird smell. Not greetings from the lobby personnel, never said good morning or good night. They're rude, careless. Excellent service from the bartender. The hotel charges for parking but if you pay cash is cheaper then paying with card. I won't stay here again.
