Hotel staff was helpful. However, there are problems with my room keys (both) which never worked at the parking garage. I had to call in for assistance every single time we had to leave the garage or come back to the garage. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the water in the shower. After standing in the shower for 5 minutes and trying different ways to turn the water on, we finally got the water on. Instructions would be very nice for guests in the future. Staff in the Bar took my credit card the first night we were there without explaining why he had to keep the card, or if we were going to get drinks. We did not get any alcoholic beverages, we only order food. We waited a long time before another staff walked by us, and we asked about the credit card. The staff who took my card finally came back with the check for our food. His attitude was not friendly at all. Having to pay $28 a day for parking, we find the parking garage very inconvenient. It was quite a walk from the hotel to the parking garage, and at night, we did not feel safe because of the distance as well as the lack of lighting.

The AC in the room was extremely loud that I couldn't keep it on for more than 15 min at a time. The key card going in & out of the self parking didn't work & had to constantly get assistance. The shining light was the front desk who was extremely helpful, professional, cordial in helping me get my reservations figured out due to a technical difficulty from Expedia not relaying an extra night I booked.

The staff was not very friendly The bathrooms were so old, water temperature control didn’t work, got hot water out of the sink when I flipped it to cold it took about five minutes for it to go down to cold temperature on the shower was very difficult to control. I’m only 4 foot 10 and a professional business person and I should not have to get a hanger to control the showerhead. But I have to say the valet staff were more than fabulous!

The double beds are a definite downside. I would also suggest that the noise between rooms was much louder than other hotels. International arrivals all night so hearing every door close in the hallway isnt ideal.

Booked for just 1 night after getting engaged to my fiancée because I surprised her with Disneyland tickets the next day. We arrived late in the evening, checked in, only to find our room a complete mess. Dirty food dishes everywhere with towels and sheets on the floor. We legitimately thought someone might still be in the room. Went downstairs and waited an hour for them to confirm that we weren’t lying (for some reason) and then try to find us a new room because apparently “they overbooked us tonight and there were no more rooms”. When asked how they could let our room be in that state all they had to say was that it was “a housekeeping issue” The only place they were able to put us was a 2-double bed room, as opposed to the single king bed room I had reserved. Considering this was for the night of our engagement this was unacceptable. We are currently in the process of trying to reach hotel management for compensation. Completely shameful that a Hilton branded hotel would be this disorganized and frankly, a mess.

The room I reserved deluxe premium king size bed was not available at the 4pm check-in time I was asked if I could drive around to give them time to finish. Front desk said they were running behind but never gave me a courtesy notice. I was given a double with queen size beds with a very nice view I was also told fireworks would be at 9:30pm there were none. The parking meters machines need to be replaced. Overall the location was really nice and seemed to be a very nice safe area

Front desk staff was very nice but housekeeping didn’t stop by at all during the 3 nights we stayed there. My husband had to go find her to see if we could give her any of our trash since it had been sitting there all day while we were out. He ended up finding somewhat else to throw it away as she was talking on her cellphone in another room and couldn’t hear him trying to get her attention.
