We were under the impression that we had booked a beach view room with a balcony, and we were a little surprised to walk into a street view room with no balcony. We explained our situation to Liz, and she was so gracious with finding us a new room with a balcony and beach view! We were super thankful. The toilet in our new room wouldn't stop running, but Liz had maintenance check it out and it was fixed in no time! We loved spending time in the hot tub and pool. The included breakfast was a nice bonus! We liked that there was a tiki bar but unfortunately it was closed most of the evenings due to weather. The quick access to the beach was also nice. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay!"
