"Front desk was very helpful!"

"The front desk staff was beyond amazing. I did not catch the names but I believe the lady was the general manager. I had my granddaughter with me and she came from behind and was singing nursery rhymes with her. The guy behind the desk joined in once they started doing baby shark. This was the best check-in I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. The hotel rooms were spotless, spacious, and very nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. "

"Initially I was nervous about staying here after reading some reviews and seeing some of the travel pics. However, when I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk. Check in was easy and fast and I was even offered cookies. The hotel grounds, lobby and elevators were clean. Upon entering my room I was pleasantly surprised. The room was modern and clean and bright (which is important to me). The pillows (which I typically hate at most hotels) were so fluffy and soft with the perfect amount of firmness. The bed was comfortable. My overall stay was a really good one. I also think that for what we paid it was more than worth it. The cookies were also good as well. "

"This was a very nice hotel – bright & welcoming, clean, nice design, well kept with an excellent location - friendly staff! Room was lovely with some of the most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve slept on in years. Shower was fantastic! The included breakfast the next morning was excellent. There was a lot of space for dining and good options. The additional security of needing a key to access the elevators upstairs is a nice feature. The one strange thing was how easy it was to hear people in the hall. It felt like they were in the same room. It didn’t spoil our stay. However, if the surrounding guests were children or inconsiderate people who didn’t care that they were in a hotel, It could be a problem. Overall, a great place with plenty of good dining options in the area. Once again, not disappointed by Holiday Inn. "
