### Air-conditioned Stylish Provence Villa

Charming property in the traditional Provencal style composed of 2 houses, a 12x6m pool & large grounds in a private, peaceful setting with a view of Gordes and the Mont Ventoux.   
  
Perfect for a large family or 2 families who enjoy relaxing pool and/or active, sporty holidays.   
  
Extensive renovation completed in 2019 including 2 luxury kitchens. The property is in a discrete location situated on a hiking path which is 15 minute walk away from Oppede Le Vieux - a 12th century Roman village.  
  
The property is composed of 2 houses.   
  
The larger house has a combined wood stove lounge and dining room with an open kitchen and bar + air conditioning, bathroom with double bath and toilet, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom + air conditioning.   
  
The pool house has a huge open kitchen overlooking the pool and terrace, 1 big double bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet, 1 double bedroom (no bathroom nor toilette) with a kingsize bed + air conditioning and a convenient outside shower.   
  
The second bedroom in the pool house with only an external shower is not suitable for children under 10 years of age since it is not connected to the larger king size bedroom and does not have a toilette.   
  
The pool is between both houses on an extensive terrace.
