"The staff was excellent, especially Hugo! Beautiful rooms. Great, convenient location. Trying to find the right balance between the hot and cold water in the shower was not easy, but I’m not going to ding them for this small issue. "

"Great neighborhood, tasty breakfast, cute rooms and wonderful smelling bathroom amenities. We felt like a true local, the rooms are very parisian and the breakfast had a lot of options."
"Staff very responsive. Felt like we were the only guests! Was perfect for a romantic trip to the city. Convenient location, breakfast was great, room service great. Nothing negative to say! We will stay again!"
"We stayed at Hotel Philéas Grand Hôtel & Spa in Paris from July 26 to July 30 and had a great experience. The location was excellent, just steps from a metro station and around the corner from a main avenue full of more restaurants than we could possibly try, plus a small covered shopping arcade that was fun to explore. Many attractions were within walking distance, including the Opera House, a beautiful shopping mall, and even Sacré-Cœur, which was a longer but enjoyable walk. Everything else was only a short metro ride away.
The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. They happily provided ice for our drinks in the evenings, and we appreciated being able to connect our Netflix account to the TV in our room. The rooms were small but very clean, which we understand is normal for Paris.
One of the highlights was the private pool area. Each day we could book a time slot for the small pool in its own room, with a steam room and sauna just outside, which was the perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return for the great location, friendly service, and relaxing amenities."
