All good, we had a little wait because the staff was trying to get the rooms together. Considering all what was going on, (power outage in the area past 24 hours), they did great

The entryway is beautiful and unique. The staff at check in and check out were amazing . Our room was pretty large with a pull out couch. The room was clean.The pool and spa were closed for most of our stay but was cleaned and fixed pretty quickly. The elevator shutters it is a little unnerving. The breakfast was a little lean but good.

I have people from there. But I didn't like they check me out on Saturday on March 30th and suppose be there until Sunday March the 31st. But they fixed it. But it was kind of embarrassing

Oversold and refused to refund.
They oversold the hotel and didn’t have our room, which was a suite. They expected us to downgrade with no refund and when we told them we preferred to stay elsewhere they refused to refund us anything at all. Luckily Hotels.com came through and found us a different place to stay and refunded us themselves.

Overall it was a nice hotel. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The pillows were a bit small but comfy. I didn't to much like breakfast. French toast was hard and sausage was mushy. We managed to get satisfied with grid and coffee

Check-in was a horror story. I would fire Maryland if she work for me. My room was not ready and she came up with every excuse in the world and then told me I was rude. It’s not my problem she cannot do her job. I really do not wish to come back here. I hope I didn’t never have to deal with her again.

There was telephone or clock in the rooms. Main elevator had the tendency to shake going up and down. Let out couch was very uncomfortable, could feel the springs pressing through.

I stayed in room 219 and had to move to 215 because of infestation of roaches and when I moved to 215 there was a drawer that wouldn’t close and then the sofa bed was broken and I didn’t know until my mom fell in between the sofa bed, not very good

It’s a dated hotel . I’ve stayed here for work and the only reason is convenient since my work is in the casino next door. Quite often smells of marijuana. My truck was broken into and there were no cameras to catch them . Quite often they run out of milk in the breakfast room . The staff however is very friendly and helpful.

The stay was good the food in the horse raising area was not worth the money . It needs to be up graded.
