"I enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor, which was no big deal, but I don't recall seeing that in the description but may have missed it. It rained alot so I just took extra care going up and down the exterior stairway. It is a spacious, nicely renovated apartment in an older home. The internet worked well for me to work during the day. The televisions are not connected to the internet so I just used my laptop for watching shows a night. The sound travels through the floor, so it is easy to hear people talking or closing cupboards and the front door, but overall the family on the first floor was quiet, all things considered. All of the kitchen basics I needed were in stock - the only exception was the coffee scoop. It was nice to take walks along the beach and to be able walk to local restaurants and stores; it was all right there. There is no laundry onsite, which is clear from the description, but they kindly left some laundry pods with the starter supplies - and the laudromat is diagonally across the street."

"Had to go to the Cape for work, so decided to make an off-season weekend out of it. Traveled with 3 adults, two teens and our small dog. The Sailboat Suite was very spacious and lots of great character. Positive reviews all around from our group. We enjoyed checking out the local places - Park view diner, Marc Anthony’s, Glen cove restaurant, Nana's ice cream, Ryan’s amusements, basketball courts, the beach, and took a drive to the Sandwich boardwalk. It was nice that it was dog friendly too, our guy loved all the walks. The location was excellent, the back door of the house is directly across from the park and beach. The beach is very large, though the water is calm since it's a bay. I imagine it would be good for families with younger children in the summer. Only negative was the thin ceilings, could hear the 2nd floor tenants above us. Some slight upgrades to the suite in the future would be nice but again we enjoyed the charm of this historic home. Thank you!"

"The host was great, location was great. Layout of the house was okay, very clean and well appointed. It was way too expensive for a one night stay and there was a fire detector beeping i nthe house and the host was not able to do anything about it. "

"This house was amazing! Definitely would stay here again. The thoughtfulness of our host. She had so many goodies for us, especially for our Thanksgiving meal. Town was small but quaint and within walking distance. And the views from the house of the beach and water were amazing. "
