"Room 720 Shower had no door and curtain/edging did not keep the water contained. Floor outside the shower got very wet and is a slip danger. Shower temp also went from scorching hot to cold by itself."

The manager apologised once and said she seen someone in there that day cleaning and that she had another room, but said it didnt ..."
