Short staffed in most restaurants and especially short bartenders in middle bar area. Told that late check out had to be asked on the day of checkout and only if “available “? Couldn’t ask the evening before? We stayed 3 full days and pool was closed for one of those due to a private party. The pool is the main reason we stay here and felt it was very unfair to close to others staying there. No one informed us it was going to be closed. Also pool was so cold most could not get in it. Room was clean and staff friendly.
