The property is situated in a residential complex on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

**Your holiday apartment** offers 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 51 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with underfloor heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is on the basement and ground level and leads directly in the kitchen living with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room as intersecting room, 15 sqm and with lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. 2 bedrooms each 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen 3 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.  
 In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Njivice. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedce. A beautiful, modern apartment with a pool for four people, is located in the town of Njivice in a newly built apartment house. Apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own swimming pool and garden with deckchairs. It can accommodate 4 people in two bedrooms with double beds. The apartment also has a private bathroom with a shower, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining room, and a living room with a view of the terrace and garden. The apartment is air-conditioned, has heating, and necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.The center of the town and the nearest beach are only 600 meters from the apartment, and there are other facilities nearby that can be of use to you during your stay in the apartment. Hedge or wire/stone fence around the garden view: garden Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
