The holiday flat is located in a detached house and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a lively area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also because of the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Omišalj. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the street in front of the house.
