Lovely apartment in Omisalj with WiFi

This functionally furnished vacation apartment is located in Omisalj on the island of Krk. The apartment has two floors and extends from the second floor to the attic, where the lowest ceiling height is 110 cm. The beautiful terrace offers you a view of the sea and the surrounding peaceful countryside. The parking space belonging to the apartment is located on the enclosed property. A very short walk downhill will lead you directly to the beach. Omisalj is a historical town that is very lively during the summer months. The island of Krk is perfect for active vacationers who want to hike, bike and wakeboard. Omisalj is home to the only international airport in the region.

Weg zum Meer bergab am übernächsten Haus. Ein bißchen steil, dafür aber im Schatten. Badebereich zwar kein Strand, dafür aber guter Zugang zum Meer.

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen gegend gelegen.

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen gegend gelegen. Leider wird der Blick etwas durch die Behälter eines Öllagers getrübt. Haben uns aber daran gewöhnt. Die Terasse ist sehr gross und am Vormittag im schatten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Allerdings sollte man für seine Anliegen etwas Englischkenntnisse haben. Das Meer ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Man sollte allerdings eigene Stühle mitbringen. Es gibt keine Liegestühle zu mieten. Vereinzelt sind Schirmständer vorhanden um den mitgebrachten Schirm aufzustellen. Am Strand gibt es kostenlose Dusche und Umkleide. WC ist auch in der Nähe, allerdings war dies am Sonntag geschlossen. Aber auch kein Problem, in 5 Minuten in der Wohnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man am besten nach Krk in den Lidl. Da sind die Preise einigermassen ok. Im nahegelegenen Konzum kriegt man auch alles, allerdings einiges teurer. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Clean and simple flat

The property was simple, clean, and private. It was close to the Rijeka airport, a bit far from the old town centre of Omisalj, but we were able to get a friendly taxi driver when we needed him. We particularly enjoyed the balcony. That view was a bit industrial but still pleasant, and any view of the Adriatic is enjoyable.
