Beautiful seaside hotel
Lovely modern hotel very near to the sea. Excellent in every way, great food in the restaurant. Only downside poor signage from main road above so really difficult to find

Very nice spacious room with sea-view balcony, fridge and minibar. Staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast in the morning was great. Parking garage was an added perk and inexpensive.

Wonderful gem in a cozy location next to the sea
We were greeted with a very warm and inviting welcome. Our room had a great balcony with views of the ocean. Easy parking and the hotel itself was impeccable (clean, modern, and comfortable) The hotel is in an excellent location and steps away from a great littl uncrowdwed pebble beach. But what made our stay more special was the staff, Anna especially who was thoughtful, friendly and always with a smile. What an excellent way to be greeted and also bid a fond farewell by someone who genuinely cares about their guest! We will be back again next time we are in the area.

Our stay was amazing. We loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our checkin was quick as well. Overall, this was a perfect place to stay. We wish we would have had more time here!

Friendly modern basic hotel
Staff very friendly and helpful and really made our stay enjoyable. Only too happy to tell you how to get around etc. Restaurant attached to hotel not so great. Not much selection at breakfast cereal wise. Tablecloths usually dirty and often just turned over. Food was alright but twice I had pork which was very dry and tough. Beds comfortable and views from balcony nice. Shower head blocked up and water that did come out felt like needles. Cleaners let the place down. Only once hoovered rooms in suite despite crumbs on floor. Didn't always remove dirty cups or glasses. Nice quiet location and quick access to stony beach. Took us 40 mins to walk to town of Omis (2.8 km) which is small but lovely.

Great place
Great staff. Many of the sea view room are partially blocked views. We were unhappy with the view from our first room, so they let us change rooms. That view was much better. The location is beautiful. Very hard to find. Don't use the address on Google maps. Use a dropped pin instead.

Quiet and plain hotel set back from the beach
Quiet and plain hotel, very clean and very modern but lacks character and atmosphere. A nice one night stay here but would not stay longer. Sea view room has a building in front blocking most of the view so can only see small elements of the sea. Difficult to get to other areas without a car. Quiet beach within 10 mins walk.

Wonderful visit
Overall we had a fantastic stay at Villa Miramar, the staff were always friendly when you walked through the main lobby and the hotel was spotlessly cleaned every day. The only complaint would be the steepness of the surrounding hills which obviously is something of nature and out of the hotels capabilities of changing, but it was always a great work out to get up and down from the beach. The food was great and we would highly recommend eating at the hotels restaurant if you can't think of anywhere else to go. One other thing, we stayed on the first floor of the hotel which is advertised as sea view when in fact we only had a partial sea view because of the building in front obstructing the view, maybe this should be put into the room description for these rooms when placing a book. Again, overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here.

Great value and a breathtaking view.
Definately one of my best stays at the Croatian shore. Clean and well furbished room with a jaw dropping view over the ocean and the private beach below. I even had a small balcony where I could sit in the evenings and watch the sunset. There is a garage under the hotel which always stays cool and is a fantastic option to keep the car. Need something from the car? Just hop on the elevator and you are down there in seconds. (Mind that the garage fee is 10 Euro per day. I cannot commend on the breakfest since I never had one but the staff was very helpful and I would definately recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, very quiet location.
We stayed for the last four days of the season. Very quiet, we booked half board and were the only people eating in the evening. Our meals we adequate. Both our cooked breakfast and dinner were served up barely warm. As soon as your evening meal was over, the bar was closed and the staff left.

Depends what you're looking for
50 yards from the beach, which is perfect for the times you want to relax. However it's very quiet so not as perfect if you want buzzing nightlife! Ideal getaway type holiday.

The best Holiday Customer Service Experiences
Our best holiday experiences: The hotel owner's wife by name Ivanika went beyond the call of duty. She was very friendly and always available when needing assistance. She Prepared breakfast before the breakfast set-time as our boat trip was very early in the morning. The hotel had great food and activities that were breath-taking. The staff members gave excellent customer service and made us feel very comfortable and welcome at all times. Our stay in the hotel was a memorable experience and exceeded our expectations by far. I would definitely recommend Villa MiraMar to everyone. It truly lives up to its standards of a 4* star hotel.

Lovely place to getaway
Easy stay here, 2 minutes walk from the sea, buffet breakfast, sea view room, no fuss! Hotel staff were fantastic, drove us back to the airport without request for half the price of a taxi.

Modern, family run hotel with great view.
Friendly staff, modern design and fit out. Very comfortable. A bit difficult to get to on a narrow, winding lane. Good parking once you get there. Restaurant is nice, with good food.

Thank you for your kind review and compliments to staff and overall comfort! The street is on our City Council's "to do" list and every year a segment is renewed. Still, at the end of the lane is the beach and our lovely Villa so we hope it's worth the drive:)

Very nice staff
The hotel has very good standards and is close to a stony beach. It is situated in a small resort village which has no ATM, few facilities and is about 6 or 7 Kmtrs from the nearest town.

Thank you for complimenting our staff:) We are negotiating with a few banks to get an ATM here, but we've yet to receive an affirmative answer from them. Omis town center is about 3 km away (about 20-30 minutes walk) and Split is about 28 km.

Luxury building but no elevators
The hotel has beautiful stone tile floors and the property looks new. Surprisingly there are no elevators. It is a bit hard to find. It is in a residential area and not close to stores or restaurants. Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean.

Thank you for your comment, we are glad you had a good stay! The elevator is in our plans for future as we found that 3 floors even with air condition are not easy to climb after spending the day at the beach! Also we will be putting up more signs, meanwhile guests can email us for exact coordinates and directions. Also thank you for the restaurant & stores advice - we will put a better map on Reception in future, so guests can find it easier. In the meantime, guests are welcome to try our own restaurant or a couple of others within a 300m radious.

Dear Mr. Thomas, Thank you for your comment. All rooms are non-smoking, however smoking is allowed on the terrace and in front of the Villa. As the Villa was full, there must have been more people smoking there so the smell could have gotten in. Normally we are very mindful of this, but we regret that it bothered you. In future we will make sure the space is aired more often and better ventilated, the ashtrays emptied, and the outside smoking area better isolated from the indoor areas of the hotel.

Great hotel for great price
We stayed here for single night. The hotel is quite new and well decorated. Very nice breakfast. The only disadvantage is that there is no elevator you are required to take youe luggages up to your room floor (1-3) from the garage located at (-1). In a price which is a little more than other zimmers in the area, you get great value for your money.

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο.
Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο, καινούργιο, με σχετικά άνετα δωμάτια και θέα προς την θάλασσα. Το πρωινό, χωρίς να εντυπωσιάζει, ήταν πολύ καλό, αρκετά ποιοτικό και χορταστικό. Ο πλοηγός είναι απαραίτητος για να φτάσεις στο ξενοδοχείο.

Zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt. Bardzo miła i życzliwa obsługa. Dobre śniadania. Obiekt nowoczesny i czysty. Codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników. Parking podziemny, który jest dużym udogodnieniem z uwagi na brak możliwości parkowania przed obiektem. Małym minusem jest cena parkingu -10 euro za dzień i dość głośna klimatyzacja. Bardzo ładne i kameralne plaże, blisko obiektu, które nie są zatłoczone. Do Omiś spacerem 30 minut. Udany urlop.

Calme, bien situé et accueil chaleureux
Contrairement à l'un des avis négatifs que nous avions lu sur cet hôtel et qui doit concerner un autre établissement, la Villa MiraMar nous a vraiment agréablement surpris. La réception est ouverte jusqu'à 22h contrairement à ce qui est indiqué et il y a un grand parking souterrain gratuit. Le GPS vous amène derrière le bâtiment et il n'est pas forcément facile de faire le tour car le village est construit sur une pente et que les routes font donc des détours pour changer de niveau mais on s'y retrouve rapidement! La vue sur la mer est magnifique dans les étages supérieurs et cela vaut le coup de prendre une chambre un peu plus chère. Très bon petit-déjeuner en terrasse.

Adresse pas facile à trouver si l'on n'a pas de gps performant.Pas de possibilité de garer sa voiture autre que dans le parking de l hotel avec des places très étroites.Accueil très sympa et à l'écoute.Pas de ménage dans la chambre pour 4 nuits effectuées.Chambre d'un bon volume.

Der Platz noch immer super,darum wollten wir es noch einmal versuchen.... Den Servicepersonal macht ihrJob wirklich keine Freude,und das merkt man deutlich. Die Reinigung im Zimmer extrem schlecht. Das Essen,wenn man keine Ansprüche an einen 4Stern Hotel hat...Fischsalat,zum Frühstück,und Hähnchen von Vorabend,und Würstel in jeder Variation...wer ißt das am Morgen?? Der einzige Lichtblick-Die Rezeption,immer ein Lächeln,immer ein freundliches Wort,von diesen zwei Damen können sich alle eine Scheibe abschneiden.Die Damen haben als einziger den Dienstleistungsposten-Welcome-den Kunden gegenüber verstanden.

Skønne Omis
Hotellet ligger tre km uden for Omis by. Vi havde booket to værelser, som lå på hver deres etage. Det er muligt det er pga højsæson, men lidt ærgerligt. Tæt ved hotellet ligger den fineste og dejligste strand. Der er en god gå-rute til byen langs vandet. Vi synes dog det ligger lidt for langt væk fra byen (dette kunne vi selvfølgelig have sat os mere ind i) Derfor synes vi, at hotellet er for dyr ift beliggenheden. Men fin og høflig service. De mangler bare liiiige det sidste... Vi vil en anden gang vælge overnatning tættere ved byen.
