With 120 m2 of living space, it can accommodate up to 6 persons freely. Apartment consists of 3 bedrooms with AC, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room, 2 balcony. Perfect for a group of friends or families. Apartment is located on the third floor of a residential building with an elevator. The interior is lovely decorated, with lots of style and everything is brand new. It was newly built and is therefore equipped with all the latest amenities for a comfortable stay. Apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, spacious living room and a 2 balcony. All bedrooms have air conditioning. First bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200) for 2 Persons, bedside tables and a storage space for your clothing and luggage. Second bedroom has two single beds (120 x 200) and (90 x 200) for 2 Persons, bedside tables and a storage space for your clothing and luggage. Third bedroom has double bed (160 x 200) for 2 Persons, bedside tables and a storage space for your clothing and luggage. The lightly tiled bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle, a wide washbasin, a bidet, a wall mirror, washing machine and a toilet. Second bathroom has a shower, bath tub, bidet, a wide washbasin, a wall mirror, toilet and a private balcony. It has a light living and dining room with a highly modern, open, built-in kitchen. There is a white kitchen, with only the latest appliances, including a ceramic hob with an extractor fan, an electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and all kitchenware needed for self-catering. Right next to the kitchen there is a dining area where there is a large table for 8 persons. There is a living room with a flat-screen TV and an elegant corner sofa suite and a coffee table. There is also a laptop friendly workspace , a desk with a space for a laptop and a chair. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed for two additional persons. There is a SAT-TV, and Wi-Fi internet. Cooling and heating in the living room and kitchen on the 2 air conditioner units. The big glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto the balcony. Balcony is with outside furniture. If you arrive by car, then there is a parking space all around the building. Our apartment is 500 meter away from Omis town center, which is actually just a 5-minute walk from our place. A sandy beach (300 metres) are all within easy walking distance. The Blue Flag guarantees the water quality, as well as the environmental and service standards on the beach.
