Check in was easy and the location was great for what we wanted. Up north, but not touristy - yet only a 15 minute drive to Sutton’s Bay if that’s your thing. We had an issue with the TV, and the owner fixed it within a very short time. Large house - it actually has a 4th bedroom - and plenty of parking as we had 3 cars. Only downside was the downstairs shower is very small, however there’s a full tub/shower upstairs. And in fact the hot water tank must be huge as we had both showers and dishwasher going at the same time! Great stay would highly recommend! ##### Mickey B. Communication with the hosts was fast and simple. One of the best-prepared houses we’ve stayed in. For the beach, there was a beach wagon, beach toys, and chairs. Inside there were board games and cards. There was a charcoal grill and firewood in the garage. The binder of information was one of the best I’ve seen with great information about the area The house itself had multiple large common areas – a larger or extended family could stay with plenty of room. One of the bedrooms and a bathroom are in the basement, which is large and well-furnished as a game/social space. The location worked well for short trips to Northport, Sutton’s Bay, and Leland.
