We requested a crib multiple times and were not told they don't have any until we checked in and the pool was also down which would have been nice to know in advance. There was gum on the side of the bed and the door knob to the bathroom was quite literally falling off the door. "

"I used stay at a Hilton property several miles away. It’s an older building not in good condition. But every employee smiled, were friendly and made me feel like they wanted my business. At the residence in employees were sullen, no smiles and acted like I was interrupted something more important "
