9/10 Wonderful! (2 reviews)
Very peaceful sanctuary with incredibly attentive and helpful staff. The evening dinner while expensive was absolutely amazing! For us it was “WOW” food and plentiful. Actually the two of us could have shared one meal and walked away full! We ate breakfast there all 3 days and don’t regret it. Very convenient and fresh, locally sourced food.

i really don’t understand how this hotel was a 5 star hotel - it looked like a 2 star hotel. It was very old, rundown, and did not have the best customer service. Their parking situation was atrocious and they wouldn’t serve dinner till 8pm and lunch till 1:30pm. it was located in a noisy neighborhood and you could hear everything outside.

"Basic accommodation very close to the Ovieda airport. Restaurant was ok. Problems: -no hot water in the shower -fitness facility was not open though it was a big factor in choosing this property; no offer of compensation or apology offered. Can easily take airport bus to and from local towns as not ..."
