Everything is new, including flooring, appliances, furnishings and decor throughout, adorned in a Nebraska theme. Designed in the Scandinavian spirit of Hygge (or coziness), pronounced hoo-ga, this unique one and 1/2 story has everything needed to be your home away from home. "Nebraska/Omaha" themes throughout, from Nebraska "farmhouse" to College World Series. Includes all of the necessities for traveling light and living away from home: bedding, towels, pots, pans, dishes, pantry staples, paper products, soaps, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry supplies, etc. The kitchen is stocked with waters, a coffee bar (k cups, tea, creamer) and pantry staples for your use! Only a couple steps to access the main floor from front entry, garage or patio. Main floor living area is open concept, with soaring 2-story cathedral ceiling. Master bedroom is on the main level, with a walk-in closet and bathroom, allowing for privacy from the other bedrooms. 2 more bedrooms are located upstairs with a shared bathroom in between. From entering the home to exiting it was all so easy and comfortable. The location is great as it is close to the interstate, shopping and easy to get to restaurants. The owners really go out of their way to make sure your experience is five star. Great welcoming basket and activities. The location and the property were awesome. Close to major interstates and within 15 min of lots of attractions. Really nice playground and walking paths nearby. Comfy beds and quiet/private backyard.
