The owner sent me a message after I arrived in Omaha and talked to the desk personnel, literally three hours before check-in time, to cancel the stay with me. Apparently, there was an A/C malfunctioning...RIGHT... I don't know the truth, but it was probably like someone offered them more to rent it offline. Thank you for leaving me and my family in a lurch to find two hotel rooms during Omaha's busiest time of the year.
