This unit is the upstairs of a split level duplex. It has had a recent facelift and was very clean. The floors were VERY squeaky. We could hear the people downstairs even though they weren’t being loud, and I am sure my kids and normal walking was loud for them. Parking and access to the apartment is easy in the back of the unit. We enjoyed a walk over to the river and down to the pedestrian bridge over the river to Omaha. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. As we drove in and got closer I was a little hesitant about where we were going.
