This nice, clean, updated home is located on a quiet street in southwest Omaha.
A safe neighborhood! The I-80 / Harrison St.. exit is super close. Onsite inground swimming pool, patio area and yard too. The swimming pool season dates in 2026 are May 22 thru Sept 30, and likely until Oct. 19 if weather permits !
There is a $75 extra service fee for each occurrence that guests request to turning on the pool heater. Only the host can operate the pool heater. Hosts will collect that fee during the guests stay, if pool heater is requested.
Guests will sign pool waivers at time of arrival.
Inside is two spacious family rooms, a kitchen, laundry facilities, and 2.5 bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs. each with its own T.V. A couch in the upper family room is a fold out sofa sleeper. The kitchen is well stocked with several extra amenities, to help with your home cooking. The garage is not available for the guests.
. Grocery store, pubs, restaurants, Werner Ball Field, Chalco lake are all close by.

Family friendly comfortable home

This property was a great place for our family. Everything (and more) than we needed was there. TVs in every bedroom, plus in the living room, ensured that everyone had a place to retreat to when they needed down time away from others. Weekend of soccer

Our family and my brother’s family stayed for a weekend. We were in town for a soccer tournament. None of us were all very comfy in this home. The home is very clean. We had zero issues with anything! We did not arrive until after 11 pm so we were grateful for the easy check in. We had so much fun. The home has great places nearby, easy in and out. They neighborhood is very quiet, typical midwestern subdivision.
