"After what could have been an uncomfortable and disaster of a stay at a neighboring hotel, my family and I went to the DoubleTree to see of their availability. We had just drove from Iowa, exhausted, overwhelmed and happened to have a 9 month infant who was not only past bedtime but hungry.
Immediately, I was greeted by Cameron who could notice I was a little stressed and offered her assistance. Not only did she say she was going to ensure I had a much better experience, but she just made some fresh cookies too for us to have (side note: they were delicious!). She made checking in so incredibly easy and quick, but also ensured that not only my family and I were going to be taken care of, but my best friend who was also in route. Additionally, I just have to mention that during the check-in process I had to step out to talk to my Husband and when I came back to finalize everything - Cameron not only asked me if I needed a pack n play with fresh sheets, but when I told her we had our own because the neighboring hotel didn’t offer one, she informed me she actually already had one ready to go for me just in case!
Upon getting to the room, you could smell the clean! The bed and pillows were so comfortable, there were plenty of towels for all 3 of us and it was awesome to see the TV personalized to welcome myself and my family!
During our stay we had nothing but great experiences with the staff. The hotel was very beautiful and full of amenities. I would recommend this hotel!"
