The room was nice but the walls could have been better insulated, for noise. I didn't appreciate the staff entering my room with the do not disturb on the door. We were at the pool so we had my wallet and my wife's purse just sitting there in the open.

Staff were friendly and after a long day of moving, I was grateful for the meals for purchase rather than going out to eat. The only was, I would have been nice to have a microwave and ice bucket in our room.

The hotel was very nice with a couple of exceptions-one is likely not under their control. The 1st was we had no hot water in our room and not good water pressure. We told 3 different front desk attendants but the situation was not rectified during our stay. The other situation was Saturday night into 2-3 AM Sunday. Very loud voices that sounded like multiple people were arguing. We could not identify where this was coming from. This morning, after checking out, we drove around the back of the hotel & found the road littered with numerous broken (brown) beer bottles & lots of trash. The breakfast buffet was awesome & very tasty. That attendant kept everything tidy & kept the great food coming. All staff were very pleasant. So the lack of hot water & no repair was very disappointing.
