The house was clean and overall comfortable. The only things we noticed were that the front porch had quite a bit of dust and cobwebs, the downstairs bathroom was very small and narrow, and the AC on the second floor wasn’t working.

This is great home base for attending events or visiting family in Omaha. It suited our group of 4 adults and 1 toddler perfectly, and there would have been room for more. The hosts are excellent at communicating at all stages.

We had booked this house for a group of families as an end of school year trip. Communication with the host leading up to the trip and during our arrival was great! When we arrived at the house our access code would not work. The host responded and helped us out. Then when we entered the property it was a mess. It was clear the house had not been cleaned in between guests. The house, again, was very responsive. Thankfully this host group has multiple houses and they had another one in the area that worked for all of us. We had a great weekend but did not end up in the original home that we booked.
