However, you never know it from the updated inside! Great house and central location close to everything. It was perfect for us and our little dog. The layout was great and allowed everyone there space, with a very comfortable living room for watching football and movies. With 3 floors, it allowed privacy for those that wanted it, yet had large enough common areas (especially the kitchen!) for all 6 of us to be together. When the weather did cooperate, the outdoor space was great. With 3 bathrooms, it gave all of us an opportunity to get ready without stressing out that others were waiting. We chose this house because it was close to where our kids live and because it has the space for gathering. We enjoyed the back yard and have our meals "al fresco". My grand-daughter enjoyed it as well. It was also great that the house had a high chair and a play pen so we were able to have our baby grand-daughter stay with us! We truly enjoyed being there as a family. Our only complain...there were no cutting knives around! There were plenty of cutting boards but no knives.
