I love the service and the staff! Even when the breakfast was closing, they refilled the food seeing us coming back! I also loved how there was many restaurants nearby, like the buffet or sushi!

No one at the counter. Took a long time to get checked in.
Excellent staff/employees, quiet, nice beds, good breakfast however, the common areas could be updated, carpet was dirty, etc. All in all, a very good quality for the price.

Nice place. Clean with a comfortable bed. Pet friendly. Nice area to walk a dog. Friendly staff. My only little glitch happened when my card key didn't work at 3:00 am after I had to take the dog out for a potty break. The person at the front desk was great and got me a new key quickly. I would stay here again.

I have been here twice now, and both times the front staff have made it appealing to stay here. Friendly, and they speak with a clear voice, making it easy to understand them. Always smells clean, would have no idea this is a pet friendly hotel.

I love animals, and I think there should be hotels that allow pets, but there were two barking dogs on my floor that seemed to be unattended. It was very noisy all night. I didn’t sleep at all. Lots of slamming doors too, which I don’t blame the hotel for. Disrespectful guests.
The housekeepers were very sweet and friendly.
The shower was heavenly. I didn’t want to get out. Maybe the best hotel shower ever. Plenty of hot water. Great Target Store nearby. Several restaurants too. Good area of town.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Hotel was quiet and safe; it's locked at night (need your card to get in). We were just there for one night - we didn't check out the gym or eat the complimentary breakfast, but we were happy with the stay.

The thinnest walls I have ever experienced. They actually had ear plugs on the nightstand when I checked in.

Other than rebuilding the hotel it's the best that we can do. Hopefully your overall stay was still enjoyable despite this issue.
Actors young lady, that checked us in was very outstanding, and the way she visited with us and got our reservation taken care of. Great young woman.

The place is pet friendly yet the rooms were so clean you couldn't tell. The service was fantastic - all the staff were super helpful and very nice. We stayed for 7 nights and this is my new fave place in the Omaha Metro. Hot breakfast, good parking, nice stay, clean rooms and I felt VERY SAFE here. For under $100 per night, it's impossible to find a better deal. We WILL be back! I have recommended this place to other people already.
