This is a very charming hotel. Nice view from the common area and patio. The best part is the staff though. They were very accommodating, warm, and helpful with every request I had including oxygen. They offer boxed breakfast if you need to leave early (even at 3 AM!) for excursions. They also arranged pick-up to and from the airport for me. Great location, close to main square and good restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,005 reviews)
I stayed for two nights with my two elderly aunts They are both in their seventies. The beds were comfortable and clean, the bathrooms spacious and pretty. The location is great. The courtyard is attractive. Eduardo serving at breakfast was great. So was the nice woman at the front desk. If you want basic amenities and a clean comfortable room, this is your place. Breakfast was basic but the coffee is great.
This place is not adequately equipped for elderly people depending on your needs and your room. One bathroom access was ok (104) but the other bathroom has two steps up and then one big step down into the bathtub (105). All was slippery when wet. And there is no slip mat provided inside the tub. My aunt had to sit down to get in and out of the shower and was afraid to use it.
Also, we asked about access to oxygen if we needed it. The hotel assured us they have it on hand and will provide it on request. We requested it one night for my other aunt whose oxygen levels were dropping. Both of the hotel oxygen tanks were empty. We learned this at 9 at night. My aunt needed oxygen before bed and during the night. Luckily we purchased a small oxygen canister at a local pharmacy that day as a back up. Otherwise we could have had a hospital visit on our hands.
All in all, this place is pleasant and clean and welcoming. Just be sure to clarify exactly what you need and then check and double check.
