There were a few areas (elevator) under construction. The beds were so firm I had a better time sleeping in the recliner. The breakfast was very good especially the muffins which were top-notch. Checkin and checkout were super easy.

Overall, the staff was great but we stayed on the main floor by the banquet hall, there was a group of people decorating for a wedding and they were a little louder than we would have liked. We were also put in the wheelchair access room mean short tub and lots of handles in the shower: it wasn’t great and would not have been my first choice. Again, the staff were very friendly as since it was just for the night. We made due. The breakfast in the morning was just okay.

Exterior was attractive but the interior was needing upkeep. Hallway carpet was thread bare in spots. Furniture in room showed wear; finish on desk was worn away on its front edge. The interior of one elevator appeared to be blue board with duct tape holding it together. Overall condition of interior was not inspiring.

Check in and out was a breeze. Both front desk staff are friendly and great customer service. Rooms are clean and bed comfy, the only con was that the tub drained slowly. However, front desk offered a resolution and solved the issue. Breakfast staff were quick and efficient. We will definitely stay at a Ramada again~

I don’t know about unique but it was clean,quiet,and the room was very satisfactory. It is always great to be able to have breakfast before having to get on the road.

I waited a while for someone to wait on me. I had ordered a van to assist an elderly person and in and out easier. I was told there was no van. A bit later They had a van, and to go down stairs. Got down stairs and was told again that there was no van. About 15 min. later they brought in a van.

This was an exceptional value for the price. The rooms, hallway, and lobby are beautifully decorated. Also appreciated restaurant choices in the area.

Night staff and maintenance staff were very helpful, pleasant and prompt. Breakfasts were tasty, plentiful and a lovely variety. Pre-paid check-in and check -out was seamless and quick.

The remote didn't work. The breakfast area was packed with a sports team for most of the morning. Parking was limited. Could not see the Ramada sign from the road due to being overthrown with bushes. Bushes were scraping my window in first flow throughout my stay since it was windy. The hotel was rated high, which is why I chose it, yet I do not feel I received the value of the cost of the room.

Overall good property. Room had paint peeling off ceiling. Bathroom had mold in ceiling over shower. And refrigerator died while we were gone allowing food to spoil. When person at desk was told she just said ok thank you. Didn’t even offer to reimburse cost of lost food due to refrigerator dying.

The rooms and lobby was nice. But thr door to my closet came off the track. No maintenance personal on duty. In the pool area the pool was so cloudy you couldn't see your feet.and the jets in the hot tub weren't working. When you got out of the pool you would find clumps of hair somewhere on your body. I was told by the guy taking care of the pool that he'd been off for a couple of days, so the pool hadn't been cleaned for those couple of days. Nice breakfast thou.

Very convenient location, room was great, bed and pillows were so comfortable, breakfast selections were perfect and so yummy! This is my 2nd time staying here because it's a great place overall and I will continue to book with them anytime I'm in the area.

Loved the friendly front desk clerk who checked us in. Bathroom was dated and had a phone hanging off the wall next to the sink. The mattress cover was not pulled down all the way exposing a dirty mattress

Property had junkies nodding out on the couches in the foyer and benches outside the entrance. There was a ladybug infestation in our room. The coffee maker was broken.
