"This is a lovely hotel in a really nice area. Right on the river Rhine. The pool is lovely. The room was a really good size for a family of 4. There was a small issue with our room initially but staff sorted it really quickly. We had dinner and ice cream just down the street...... spaghetti carbonara ..."

"Was booked for 4 nights. Resturaunt shut mon open tues and wed. Shut thurs no reason given. Thin quilt in room. Curtains did not fit and i was on street level so in dark people could look in from street. Room not cleaned bin emptied or towels changed during entire stay. Was not cheap to stay there ..."
