Problème entre l'Hôtel et la centrale de réservation d'Hotels.com : pas de contrat donc nous n'étions pas attendus. Angoisse car nous avions payés directement à Hotel.com et non à l'Hôtel Le Bristol d'Oloron Sainte Marie. Comment allions nous régler notre chambre ? Ils nous ont demandés notre bulletin d'inscription pour se faire rembourser. Donc à suivre. Merci au Patron de l'Hôtel qui nous a quand même accueilli sans que nous ayons à repayer la chambre.
