I have been staying at this hotel for the third year and every year between 4 and 5 times, and I always park in the hotel's parking lot, which is free of charge. This time they surprised me and asked for a payment for the parking , of course I explained to them that they never charged a fee for the parking and if they insisted that I pay I will stop staying with them, they ended up not charging for the parking, nor could I use my points due to a problem with the computer system.

Good value modern hotel
Very nice modern hotel. Potentially due to covid the room was lacking in info material about how to go to swimming pool or fitness centre which is in a seperate building. Room was modern and clean, lovely shower.

Great modern hotel (better than many 5 star hotels) set in an nice area about 12 minutes easy walk to the oold town square. Friendly professional staff and a nice restaurant with reasonable prices. The hotel has an connecting corridor to upmarket fitness complex next to it, which has a pool and outside area (but chargeable; 250 CZK per visit).

Great place to stay in Olomouc
The hotel is very clean and comfortable, lots of parking space and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices. We will stay there again for sure.

Modern luxery hotel with very pleasant staff and nice restaurant. Jana was a very pleasant waitress for us and we have got full attention from her as well ad her colleague. Food was really good. Parking was direct in front of hotel and room eas great. Breakfast was superb.

Easy access
Modern hotel with easy driving access and secure parking in front. A straight 10 minute walk to Centrum area and right across street from stadium. Safe area for walking even at night. Restaurants etc same 10 minute walk.

Clean and comfortable modern hotel with lots of free parking. Location not particularly attractive but in fact it is not far from city centre. We arrived quite late in the evening and the restaurant was about to close but they stayed open for us and served an excellent dinner without any pressure to rush.

Typical NH Hotel - restaurant food not good
The cleanliness, décor etc was typical of NH Hotel. The service in the restaurant was good, however the quality and quantity of food for dinner was very underwhelming. As the hotel is not in the centre of town you would have to I guess get a taxi to a restaurant.

Great hotel. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed
Awesome hotel, menu is not a traditional UK and was worried, but no need, bread and lamb was great, beer and many different types of spirits. Breakfast was something else. So many choices. Couldn’t move afterwards ! The hotel is spotless. Bed and bath was great. Air on and coffee and tea and free water. Highly reccomend.

Relaxing stay. Fabulous Breakfast.
Our family enjoyed our 2 night stay in the hotel. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My husband liked amenities like robes, gourmet coffees and house shoes. I was able to borrow an umbrella when with rained. My son loved the large screen TV with a wide range of channels. I fully endulged in the high end breakfast buffet. We opted to visit the nearby kid-friendly Public pool instrad od the sporty center adjacent to the hotel. There is a Bílá and a good Mexičan restaurant nearby. 10-15 minute walk to old town square. We would definitely stay again.

Very modern hotel - cool rooms, great restaurant
Very modern hotel. Seems to cater mainly to business groups. Superb inhouse fine dining restaurant. Rooms are spacious and really cool. Covered free parking deck. Only negative when the business groups are coming or going there is quite a mob overwhelming the front desk and you can't get any attention. They could do a better job of relieving the pressure through alternative check in and check out procedures. Also Avis offers car pick up and drop off right at the hotel.

Very clean, modern and to highest standards. The breakfast is to die for. We also had dinner at the hotel. It was good. The staff very polite and helpful. The location is a bit far from the main square.. about a 15 minute walk. We also used the pool facilities. Very small but does the job. The only hitch we had is that our room air conditioner was not working properly. It was warming the room instead of cooling it. The staff were happy to change our room but it was a big hassle. Hotel recommended
