"The suite on the 10th floor was very comfortable. Location across from the train station worked well for a one-night stay; the Olomouc square area was a doable walk, or short car ride away. Breakfast was lavish."

"I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. First, I would like to compliment you on the beautiful renovation of the hotel; the updates are truly impressive and aesthetically pleasing.However, I wanted to bring a specific issue to your attention regarding the plumbing. The water flow in the WC is exceptionally loud. Because the walls are quite thin, the noise from the toilet flush is highly noticeable and became rather annoying during my stay.Adjusting or reducing the water flow rate could likely resolve this issue and significantly improve the comfort of the room. I hope this constructive feedback is helpful for future adjustments, as the hotel itself is lovely."

"An excellent breakfast is on a self serve basis which includes cooking, if you wish an omelette or boiled eggs etc. The restaurant was closed when we were staying but it is an easy walk to the supermarket, the pub and a good Vietnamese restaurant. Bus and tram into town close by."

"The hotel is modern, a bit outside of town, but a street car runs right by it. The staff is extremely helpful and explained to us how to get into the center of the city and back. Breakfast buffet is plentiful. There is a spa area but we didn't use it. The one drawback is that while the toilet is in a separate room, the shower and sink are in a corner of your bedroom. That means that one is waking up the other person when using the sink, or when showering. Not a great setup for a hotel. To top it off, the shower has a narrow window that runs the height of the shower. Why? Again bad for privacy, or if you want to keep your partner dreaming. Part of the complex is a Michelin star restaurant and a casino, neither one we tried."
