Charming village house in Olmi Capella in a quiet and isolated location.  
Located in the lower part of the village, you will find many shops in the immediate vicinity: bar "des amis", 2 other restaurants at the exit of the village, the restaurant "OSTERIA" open all year round at the entrance of the village, with a very warm welcome, a grocery store located next to the church.  
Many outdoor activities await you, hiking trails, including a departure from the GR 20 from the forest house, donkey walks and the Tartagine river, with access on foot or by car.  
Olmi Cappella is also a place where culture is celebrated with the International Theatre Meetings that organise events throughout the year.  
  
The house is 65m2 on 2 levels, surrounded by a large wooded plot:  
  
Ground Floor:  
Kitchen area equipped with gas cooker, microwave, espresso coffee machine, kettle...  
Living room/dining room with dining area.  
  
1st floor:  
A room with two beds 90x190 cm.
