Une villa tout confort à 2 pas de la plage

La villa Carla est très bien équipée en termes de matériel de cuisine et de confort (lit, climatisation, mobilié et store de terrasse).Son emplacement est parfait :- à 2 pas d'une crique qui par la présence de rochers est idéale pour le snorkling et les plongeons depuis lesdits rochers- à 2 min d'un supermarché - a proximité de plusieurs restaurantsBref un séjour que nous avons fortement apprécié; nous reviendrons si l'occasion nous en est donnée.

Wunderbares komfortables Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus war top ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alle Geräte funktionierten, 3 Klimaanlagen ( im Wohnzimmer und in den beiden Schlafzimmern ) und die Betten hatten bequeme Matratzen.Man musste nur einmal durch den Garten über eine Straße gehen, um in eine kleine wunderschöne Bucht zu kommen, in der man herrlich schwimmen konnte. Waren die Wellen zu stark, konnte man an den großen Nachbarstrand gehen, der nur ca. 150 m entfernt war. Eine Bäckerei und ein kleiner Supermarkt waren ebenso um die Ecke. Wir können diese Unterkunft rundum empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe semaine!

Tout était parfait pour passer une belle semaine. La maison est moderne, fonctionnelle et possède tout ce qu’il faut. La plage à proximité est un vrai plus surtout pour les enfants.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die kleine Bucht direkt neben dem Haus ist traumhaft. Wir haben unser Urlaub sehr genossen. Leider sind im Oktober die Bäkerei und Sparr zu aber die Supermärkte in Propriano sind nicht weit. Zentrale Lage um die Ecke zu erkunden. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist für den Frühstück und Abendessen einen Traum!

Entspannung pur

Sehr schöner Strand und kleiner Supermarkt nur wenige Schritte entfernt, mehrere Restaurnts, sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz auch aussenrum sorgen für Entspannung pur.

Ferienhaus an wunderschöner Lage

Wir haben eine traumhafte Ferienwoche auf Korsika verbracht, das Ferienhaus hat alles was man braucht und einen fabelhaften Kleinststrand gleich auf der anderen Strassenseite. Der kleine Lebensmittelladen in unmittelbarer Nähe hat auch alles was man braucht. Hausverwalter Denis und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder... :-)

Good location in Corsica's south west

This was our second quarter on Corsica after a stay in Bastia. We looked for a stay on the west coast, an appartment or house with sea view. And this villa was our choice. A good one. The building is new, 4 years old and equipped with everything you expect on a specific price level (complete kitchen with good equipment, big living room, 2 bedrooms etc). But the main attraction is the location: you walk through the garden, cross a street and are at the beach. We really enjoyed snorcheling here! Corsica's west coast is sometimes a bit windy, so don't expect to be able to swim every day. Around the villa you find a everything you need as a tourist in a few hundred meter distance. I would still consider an own car as a prerequisite to come to Abbartello and explore the area. Denis gave us a warm welcome and made an early check out possible.

Villa Clara = séjour de rêve !

Location superbe, très bien située, à 50 mètres d'une petite crique magnifique à l'eau transparente. L'accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux et très disponible pour tout renseignement. La maison est moderne, très propre et très bien équipée (nous étions un couple avec 3 enfants 8-10-12 ans). La terrasse qui donne sur la mer est très agréable et permet d'assister à un magnifique couché du soleil sur mer et un ballet de dauphins pour les chanceux !Très belles balades sur la côte à proximité comme la plage de Cupabia par exemple. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour découvrir la région paradisiaque de Propriano.

Traumurlaub am Golf von Valinco

Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen wunderschöne Ferientage in Abbartello verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig und komfortabel ausgestattet, besonders die große Terrasse mit dem Blick auf das Meer hat uns begeistert. Zum Strand von Olmeto muss nur eine Straße überquert werden, direkt gegenüber des Grundstücks liegt ein malerischer, von Felsen gesäumter Strand, der auch zum Schnorcheln einlädt. Da sowohl das Meer als auch Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen sind, bräuchte man im Grunde kein Auto, wären da nicht die Ausflugsziele und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war vor dem Urlaub und ebenso während des Aufenthaltes sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns in der Villa Santa ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Merci beaucoup!

La maison est fonctionnelle, bien équipée, les lits sont confortables. La climatisation est bien appréciable par ces fortes chaleurs. Petit plus, la douchette installée dans le jardin pour après la plage. La région est magnifique et la plage toute proche est vraiment très sympa. Un commerce à proximité est bien pratique. Vacances au top!

La maison de la "pierre au dessus de la pierre"! Cette maison nous a accueilli à bras ouverts et nous a permis de profiter d'une très belle semaine Corse. Parfaitement équipée, accueillante, très bien conçue, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Vous aimerez descendre au fond du jardin, grimper sur la "pierre au dessus de la pierre" pour franchir le petit muret et accéder "presque" directement à une petite crique paradisiaque, aller chercher le pain frais à pied et profiter du lever du soleil sur la mer, déjeuner sur la grande terrasse ou à l'ombre des arbres,... Tout est accessible à pied, que ce soit le pain, le petit Spar qui offre des produits locaux, le maraîcher et ses légumes bio directement sortis du sol sous vos yeux , ... Merci à Nathalie, Denis et Éric pour leur accueil, souplesse et sourire! Bref, nous reviendrons!!!

Jolie décoration pour une maison tres bien située

L.amenagement dje la maison est tres complet: on y trouve tout le nécessaire (et même plus avec. Par exemple une machine Nespresso). La décoration est tres soignée .on traverse un petit jardin devant la maison pour accéder à la plage .on peur y vivre sans voiture , un mini super marché à côté permet de trouver quasiment tout le nécessaire

Villa pour des vacances idéales

Une villa moderne, entièrement équipée et très bien localisée pour des vacances réussies! Nous avons pu passer, avec mes amis, une semaine merveilleuse entre la plage (quelques mètres), le barbecue (équipement fourni, viande disponible à la superette se situant à une centaine de mètres) et le soleil ! La maison est très bien entretenue, très propre à notre arrivée. L'accueil réservé par Denis est chaleureux et permet de découvrir les bonnes adresses locales. Je ne peux que recommander cette Villa et réserver à nouveau pour l'an prochain! Cdt, Nicolas

Une superbe villa!

Une semaine dans cette superbe villa (Carla) et j'en garde un très bon souvenir. Ce qui nous a séduit: - Une villa neuve, propre et bien entretenue: une belle terrasse et un intérieur spacieux - Un accueil chaleureux de la part de Denis à notre arrivée jusqu'au départ. - Le cadre propice au repos - La proximité de la plage (à pieds) - La proximité des commerces et restaurants Je recommande donc cette villa aux personnes recherchant un lieu accueillant et reposant en famille ou entre amis. Un vrai REGAL!

Un véritable bonheur! je garde un souvenir fantastique de cette semaine dans la villa Carla : Villa spacieuse, agréable, conviviale avec sa cuisine ouverte propice aux soirées à rallonge, sa terrasse très agréable de jour comme de nuit,des propriétaires aux petits soins, villa d'une propreté irréprochable, la plage "en bas de chez soi", je ne trouve rien à redire... L'occasion de profiter pleinement du paysage idyllique de ce beau coin de Corse, nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Encore merci!

Cadre idyllique

'ai passée une merveilleuse semaine à Olmeto au sein de la villa Carla. La villa est parfaitement équipée, neuve et très propre. .Elle est située dans un environnement calme et silencieux. J'ai pu profité d'une magnifique plage, non bondé, propre , située à moins de 50 m de la villa. L'eau est turquoise, j'ai eu de la chance de pratiquer du snorkling. Il y a tous ce qu'il faut à proximité de la villa, petite supérette et restaurant. Enfin Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ils nous ont donné tout les bons plans de la région. Non vraiment je recommande ce petit bout de paradis!! Laurence Iyabi

Un vrai REGAL!

Nous avons vraiment passé une semaine géniale, entre mer et détente dans cette villa tout confort, paysage idyllique, lits très confortables, propreté irréprochable, Je vous recommande fortement cette belle villa, l'occasion de découvrir un peu le sud de la Corse à la locale... de très bons souvenirs! Le plus : la plage en sortant du jardin!

Semaine de rêve

On a passé une semaine de rêve entre amis! La villa Carla a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut! Moderne, propre, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée ET la mer à (littéralement!) 3min à pieds, le paradis absolu pour des vacances parfaites! En plus les proprios sont adorables (ce qui ne gâche rien ;)) la Corse c'est vraiment la plus belle île du monde !
