Grocery 200 m, restaurant 150 m, bakery 100 m, bus stop "Villars- Bretaye" 250 m, indoor swimming pool 400 m, thermal baths "Lavey les Bains" 19 km. Sports harbour 25 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, indoor tennis centre 1.8 km, sports centre 1.8 km, mountain railway 150 m, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 150 m, ice rink 400 m, children's playground 150 m. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Villars.  
"Plan Névé 5", 2-room penthouse 58 m2 on 3rd floor, south facing position. Simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with 2 pull-out beds (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm), dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small, open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower, sep.
