The sofa-bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on, it’s split in the middle so functions only as a single bed - not a double as advertised. There was no mattress topper which would have make it more suitable. The fitted sheets need replacing, as do the pillows. Kitchen utensils were unclean. Basic self-catering provisions eg salt & pepper aren’t provided. Customer service were professional. There is a cow stable next to the ski lodge and the cows grazing up on the hill. As far as the room, the view was fantastic, the location was good, and the little kitchenette was adequate. My only complaint is that the bed is a sofa-bed, so not as comfortable as some.
