"The pool is currently closed. I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times since 2020. There is ongoing construction that has been never been completed. Some exterior parts are an eyesore because of this. The rooms are nice, the view is pretty good and location is decent. Its a little bit of a walk to the pier, short drive to fast food and casual dining (In N Out, Black Bear Diner). A little too far to walk to downtown where there are many bars/restaurants but parking is not too hard to find. My 4th time staying at this hotel and this was the first time that the noise from the 101 highway bothered me. I will come back, but will check other options next time before making a final decision."

"Pros: The home had clean comfy beds and a spacious kitchen with everything you might need and then some. We liked that it was so close to the beach and the convenience of the supplied beach towels and the outdoor shower. Cons: The grill was very old and not useable and some of the cabinetry in the kitchen was broken or had missing handles. Parking was a little hard to come by for overnight guests."
