Great hotel, location and helpful staff! Will definitely book again.

Given the cleaning fee, we expected a higher level of cleanliness. Some of the mobile homes are also farther from the beach than depicted in the photos. There’s room for improvement in sustainability efforts, such as better recycling options and care for stray animals. That said, the location is excellent for visiting Paklenica National Park, and we appreciated the early check-in and free parking.

Nice apartment, near everything. The screaming kid next door the entire time was just…wonderful. Had to reach out to Expedia first to get ahold of the renters.

We spent 2 nights at this lovely property 15 minutes outside of Biograd. We were traveling around Croatia for 2 weeks and we were looking for a relaxing country retreat to catch up on sleep and recharge. The room (bedroom, sitting area, kitchen, bath) was rustic and charming yet very comfortable. We absolutely loved all the spaces outside the room! We had a charming little nook outside our door where we enjoyed our morning coffee. We spent both afternoons enjoying the pristine pool area (excellent service from the bar and staff). We had dinner on site one night, which was prepared for us on short notice and was excellent. The included breakfast was also excellent—so much incredible food. The staff and service were excellent, and we highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the central location of this property, right in the thick of things with people bustling by well into the evening - a lovely relaxed vibe. A gelato shop and a bar occupy the ground floor and the view of the cathedral is stunning. Personally, I loved the cathedral bells - they make a very special alarm clock. The room was full of character and was charming - only some furniture was a bit tired. The kettle didn’t work, the bathroom door handle was loose, some light switches didn’t work and the WiFi wasn’t strong enough to stream on the TV. These were not major issues and the big positives were a fabulous bed ( so comfy ) and plenty of hot water. These bathroom is spacious too. One annoyance was the loud noise of footsteps from the floor above. These are things I would have liked to have been aware of beforehand but we certainly still enjoyed our stay. The property is so easy to find from the airport bus stop at the walls, which was great when we were making our way back to the airport for an early return flight.
