Very spacious and comfortably furnished, the apartment sleeps four and features an open space area with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a bright living / dining room with a privileged view of the sea and of the Ria Formosa lagoon. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with shower, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The second bathroom also with shower is located in the hallway.
With a southward orientation, the apartment offers a wide balcony with table and chairs with great sun exposure most of the day and a spectacular water view where you can admire a marvellous sunset. It is ideal for year-round occupation.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge, as well as International TV channels and wifi.
The departure cleaning service on the amount of €80,00 is mandatory and will be charged on arrival in cash.
Beach / pool towels are provided at a surcharge of €6,00 each and payment in cash is due on arrival.
The city tax on the amount of €2,00 per person, per night (max of 5 nights) is due on arrival in cash.
