Here you can relax and savour great meals alfresco while enjoying a spectacular view. The master bedroom features a very comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom. In the lounge, the sofa opens into a sofa bed suitable for two children. There is an extra toilet in the hall. With a westward orientation of its terrace, the apartment offers great afternoon sun exposure and a unique sunset view of the Ria Formosa. It is ideal for year-round occupation. Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge, as well as International TV channels and wifi. The departure cleaning service on the amount of €80,00 is mandatory and will be charged on arrival in cash. Beach / pool towels are provided at a surcharge of €6,00 each and payment in cash is due on arrival. The city tax on the amount of €2,00 per person, per night (max of 5 nights) is due on arrival in cash. It is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for cool winter evenings. The apartment is on the fourth floor and is accessible by elevator or by stairs. Parking is available inside the Village Marina complex, in front of the apartment’s block entrance. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt nötig ist (im Wohnzimmer gibt es sogar gute Kochbücher). In der großen Küche hat uns ein wenig Arbeitsfläche gefehlt, hier würde ein kleiner Tisch helfen. Insgesamt alles genau so, wie abgebildet. Die Kommunikation erfolgt unkompliziert und vollkommen elektronisch. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch eine Mitarbeiterin von Privilege Homes, die viele nützliche Infos gab und gewiss jederzeit erreichbar gewesen wäre, wenn wir eine Frage gehabt hätten. Supermärkte und das Zentrum von Olhão, sowie der Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Für den Mietwagen wären Parkplätze vorhanden. Der Swimmingpool auf dem Dach ist eher klein, aber auch hier ist alles gepflegt und sauber. An Ort und Stelle muss übrigens eine Gebühr für die Endreinigung (80€) und eine Touristensteuer (2€/Tag und Person) in bar bezahlt werden. Anreisen nach 19h kosten ebenfalls zusätzlich. Daran muss man denken. Diese Info erhält man vor der Reise, aber erst nach der Buchung. Vielleicht hatten wir es aber auch überlesen.
