Полностью оборудованной и меблированный дом расположен в очаровательном городе Ольян в регионе Алгарве, всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от берега океана и недалеко от причала откуда за 15 мин. можно добраться на пароме до островов Фарола ,Кулатра и Армона.А также 15 мин.ходьбы до марины.  
 Двухетажный Полностью оборудованной и меблированный дом расположен в очаровательном городе Ольян в регионе Алгарве, всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от берега океана и недалеко от причала откуда за 15 мин. можно добраться на пароме до островов Фарола ,Кулатра и Армона.А также 15 мин.ходьбы до марины.Кроме того, неподалеку от дома можно перекусить в отличных ресторанах с традиционной местной кухней, в которых подаются блюда из рыбы и морепродуктов. Во дворе также открытый басейн с ограждением,площадка для детей. В доме бесплатный Wi-Fi,бесплатная стоянка. Рядом с домом спортивная площадка предназначена для игры в тенис,баскетбол или футбол. Недалеко есть гольфовые поля .Возможность велосипедных и пешых прогулок по берегу океана.дом с тремя спальнями лутше всего подходит для семей с детьми.Гостинная с камином и с диваном-кровать, телевизором с плоским экраном и спутниковыми каналами. Рядом с гостинной игровая комната для дитей с детскими игрушками.   
 Все спальни оборудованы шафами-купе, установлена двуспальная кровать, двухярусная детская кровать, есть возможность поставить дополнительную кровать. Одна спальня с отдельной ванной комнатой и большой террасой с видом на океан где вы с утра можете наслаждатся прекрасным вкусом кофе.   
Гости могут готовить себе еду на полностью оборудованной кухне с выходом во двор где есть барбекю с принадлежностями. Кроме того, неподалеку от дома можно перекусить в отличных ресторанах с традиционной местной кухней, в которых подаются блюда из рыбы и морепродуктов.
