- No pets are allowed to maintain a peaceful, quiet environment.

- To access the front door, guests will need to walk up a short set of outdoor stairs.

- There is another home on the property, but it is rarely occupied. When it is, the tenants are completely noninvasive.

-If your desired minimum nightly stay falls outside the current settings, feel free to reach out to the host directly—exceptions can sometimes be made

-We offer a limited number of kayaks and paddleboards available to rent during your stay. Equipment can be staged at the home prior to arrival for an additional fee. Reach out with any questions—whether you’re staying with us or not.”
