"When my daughter forgot her phone at checkout, we realized it as we were leaving Columbus. We called, and as we returned 15 minutes later, it was waiting for us at the front desk. They also allowed me free access to the washer/dryer. Great staff. The Columbus area seems to have a real issue with car break-ins, but my car was fine throughout my stay. The secure parking was the main reason I chose this hotel, but it was a pleasure to stay."

"The bathroom was very tight, but clean. Could just barely close the door when using the toilet. I was expecting better snacks, for which I paid to upgrade, and there were NO snacks. No tissue box, which was inconvenient. Did get a better price when we added a day and were given the OSU discount that I knew nothing about when booking on line. Parking, AC and staff were fine."
