I was very surprised to see that you were charged $283.18 for my two night stay and you charged me $350.28 for the same stay. That is quite the mark up. I will think twice before I use your service again.

4th time I’ve stayed here, has progressively gotten worse. Front desk and staff are always nice and helpful. But this hotel is dirty. Thankfully sheets looked clean, nice and bright white. The biggest issue was the bathroom. It was dirty. Tub was dirty. The pluming was so bad that I couldn’t even shower. The water never went down the drain for 3 nights. The sink would take hours to drain. Making dressing , brushing teeth and getting ready really hard. Watching dirty water just sitting. Really unfortunate. I won’t be returning.

Stayed at beginning and ending of a trip. 1st visit, easy, clean, nice breakfast. Came back on a Monday evening. Given two different rooms that were not cleaned or serviced. , given a 3rd room where thermostat was not working. Given 4th room that reaked with a pot smell. 5th room on a different floor, clean, quiet like our first stay. It was like the 1st floor was not serviced by housekeeping that day. Maybe some communication or staffing issue. But the front staff and the breakfast staff were very nice. I would stay again as long as housekeeping works on the rooms first

Didn’t feel safe walking in the area of town where the motel was located, but loved the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was excellent. Room was so very clean and the bed was comfortable. Stayed in room 116. It was mobility accessible and nice and dark for sleeping. Highly recommend this motel for passing through on vacation. Town looked beautiful but arrived too late for strolling. Wasn’t sure about safety in this part of town for walking, but it might be just fine. Would stay here again. Loved that we had a microwave and mini fridge in the room and a fitness facility on site.

Location was easy and breakfast was awesome with healthy and kosher options. Unfortunately, mildewed bathroom, key issues after 1st use, no towels for pool so we had to use room towels,tub would not drain, and actually had to plunge the sink.no manager on site to speak with either night.
