Had a nice big room that was modern and we'll maintained - no broken or chipped items. Super clean. Bed was fine, not awesome. I've stayed at other Pomeroy's in Alberta and the one common issue is the shower/shower heads - poor pressure.

We want to mention the lady, Joann, who works in the morning breakfast room. She was amazing. So friendly. So efficient. It was a joy to go down to breakfast.

One of the beds had black hairs on it (I have blonde hair). The breakfast had more minimal options and stale muffins. The rooms were dark… couldn’t get enough light in the kitchen or at the table to actually eat at. I’d say the hotel is very overpriced for what you actually get. I’ll try somewhere else next time I’m in this city.

The room was beautiful, the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The hot tub was pool temperature (I had to get out as I was too cold) and the breakfast didn’t have a waffle machine - my kids always look forward to making their own waffles. Overall, it was a great stay in a beautiful hotel.

Don’t ever eat at just jacks
Don’t ever eat at the hotel restaurant just jacks. My $100 dollar meal was atrocious. Even after sending it back once it was not edible but no refund was ever given. The warm was nice but dirty. Many small things broken around the room like remotes. Sticky floors etc.

We booked two rooms together and we couldn't have been farther apart in the hotel. In the morning I went to have a shower and there was no shower curtain. Too late to get one and I felt they could have reduced my rate to compensate for it.

The rooms were awesome, the pool/slide was a hit as was the hot tub. Continental breakfast was good. Staff was friendly, a great place to stay, will be doing it again!
