Remember there is a deposit or a one time fee. Great location, quiet neighborhood, with a clean, cozy, comfortable place for the night or the week. Only negative was that was looking forward to trying their roast of coffee, and it was old.

We had stayed before, the service level has declined dramatically. The breakfast was completely gone by 9 am on both Saturday and Sunday morning. Coffee also gone. One person seemed to be manning the front desk and the food. She said they were running behind. Finally more food came out and 1/2 of a pot of coffee. Lots of people backed up, I got about 1 inch in my cup. Day 2 was just an absolute repeat. Down at 9am, food gone, running behind, no coffee. You are paying a premium price for a subpar experience. Room was ok, but zero service. Had to hunt down staff to check out. This is an annual trip for us, I'll try somewhere else nearby and spend less money.

The communication is TOO good. I received well over a dozen texts or emails during my 2 day stay and it was excessive. It was a large house, and just me on a business trip, but would be great for a family. Very well equipped
