I recently stayed with my wife and let me tell you it was a gem of San Sebastian, next door to the Arima Spa. First of all we were upgraded to a higher floor and was amazing, good A/C spacious room and a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was soo good there are a lot of things to choose Jamon Iberico, smoked salmon, sorted of cheese and charcuterie, great coffee maker and a lot pastries, also a la carte eggs. There is an extra point of this Hotel is that there is a 1 minute walk bus station #28 to get to the last stop Boulevard (were you get off and walk). My advice just take the one across the nearby hotel. I will be staying here next time. Thanks!

It was a clean room with a comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom shower had good water pressure. It was conveniently located within old town and near the Concha beach. Lots of shops and pintxos nearby and a good gelato place just steps away.

"The room was disappointing for a premium rate charge for a (5 night stay) which fully expected a sea view instead the windows looked on to high stone walls only 2 meters away - it was like living in a cave - always dark. The rooms had been well used and only basically appointed and cleaned once only ..."
