"The shower in my hotel room did not have hot water. I told the receptionist at the front desk and she wasn’t concerned about it and told me “if you don’t have hot water then the whole hotel doesn’t have hot water” and said “she would ask someone about it”. The next morning my shower still didn’t have hot water so I called and spoke to another person and she said she would have maintenance look at it. That same night the water was slightly warm. Luckily I was going to check out the next day. Will not be returning!"

"Really nice property and a good value but there was a big tent out in the parking lot playing very loud music until about 10:30 p.m. it was extremely loud considering it came through the walls and windows on the 10th floor as if they were in there with me. That's probably not a good thing for future reference. "
