"This property was fabulous and an amazing property to host any event. We hosted a baby shower for our daughter, and the house with a wrap-around porch was so perfect. The house had everything one could ask for, and was clean and comfortable. The host was easy to contact. I 100% recommend this property, and would stay there again!!!"

"The onsen is very relaxing. The gym has a treadmill, elliptical machine, Stationary bicycles, free weights and a weight machine. The room is nice. Great bathroom. They have a large sake selection."

"Ants in the bathroom, dirty floors, pubic hair and splatter on the counter tops in the bathroom. Otherwise bed linens were clean. Coffee was good. TV was in working order. Door locks were loose and had to run the key card several times before it took. Front desk was helpful."

"My room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a work stay. What really stood out, though, was how accommodating the staff was. I’m a night shift nurse working 7 PM to 7 AM, and getting proper rest during the day is essential. I asked about a late checkout so I could sleep after my shift, and they were more than willing to accommodate me—at no extra cost. That level of understanding made a huge difference. The front desk staff was kind, respectful, and mindful of my schedule. I wasn’t disturbed while sleeping, and the entire experience felt considerate and professional. It’s not always easy to find a place that understands the needs of night shift workers, but this hotel absolutely did. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone working unconventional hours who needs a place that truly respects your rest."

"This home did not disappoint our family of 10 adults and 5 kids! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious, has a fully-equipped and organized kitchen, well-stocked bathrooms, and ample extra towels, pillows and blankets. The kids loved the outdoor play area, and everyone enjoyed the comfortable seating and open plan of the great room and kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the surrounding scenery is beyond beautiful. The host was very responsive and super helpful. Our stay was so smooth and seamless it really did almost feel like home. "

"Welcoming and clean, quiet, spacious. Good communication. Short on plates and forks. Bunk bed was squeaky, and futon needed a padded cover or something. The blow up chairs in entertainment room weren’t really usable but the ping pong table was a bonus. The “exercise” room was just an stationary bike in a hallway."

"The location was great. The house could have been cleaner and offered more such as pans, utensils and dish towels in the kitchen as well as blankets for the beds. There were only 3 of us and only 1 extra blanket for the 4 beds and 2 pans to cook with. There's no way 8 people could have stayed here comfortably. Also don't forget anything because this place won't have it. The beds were pretty comfortable and the appliances were brand new. There are no hangers in the closets either. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror and a bit bigger mirrors in the bathroom. The mirror hit my 6foot son about chest height. The main thing was the ants that need to be addressed.It would have helped to have Netflix or something available on the TV for some down time as well.Extension cords would have been appreciated since the plugs are in weird spots. Overall this place was better than a hotel for the money."
